Sierra Leone -Cleft lip children successful ops

Ten days ago, five mothers, five children travelled for 40 hours from Sierra Leone to reach Hope Medical Centre in N’Zao, Guinea. The children all needed cleft lip and palate repairs and there with no possibility to have them repaired in Sierra Leone. Tired but hopeful they arrived last Sunday and during last week each cleft was repaired. You can see from the photos how happy they all are! They made the return journey to their homes in Sierra Leone over the weekend. We are so glad they are safely home and that we were able to help them.
