Condition:  Hydrocephalus, also known as “water in the brain”, caused by a tumour.

Operation:  Sulaiman was in the ICU at the Children’s Hospital in Freetown, Sierra Leone, and was transfered to a Cure International hospital in Guinea for treatment. While having surgery for the hydrocephalus the surgeons found a tumour that was causing the problem. Currently, Sulaiman is waiting to find out whether he will have more surgery to remove the tumour, which could be complex.
