Condition:  Frontonasal encephalocele – a failure of fusion of part of the skull allowing the meninges (brain covering) to bulge out.

Operation:  Chisomo was transferred from Lilongwe to Blantyre for a MRI scan, in Blantyre a visiting surgeon was able to do the surgery!
