Condition:  Oesophageal stricture (severe narrowing of the oesophagus after swallowing acid – aboubakar was unable to eat and he became dangerously underweight).

Operation:  Aboubakar was transferred to Grey’s hospital Pietermarizburg South Africa for gastric pull-up surgery.

Current Needs:  He has fully recovered from surgery, has regained all the weight he lost and is now a very happy, healthy child.
